You acknowledge that once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of damage or fault.

3.2 Colour and Image Disclaimer: We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We will not be liable for any claims based on colour discrepancies between your device and the finished product.

4.2 Indemnification for Content: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MyMagnetMemory harmless from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your submitted content, including any claim that the content violates any law or infringes upon the rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy) of any third party.

4.3 Our Right to Refuse: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to print or fulfil any order that contains images or text that are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or that violate any party’s intellectual property rights or these Terms. If we refuse an order on this basis, a full refund will be issued.

4.4 Marketing Consent: Your submission of photos is subject to our Privacy Policy, specifically regarding the use of the final magnet product for our marketing purposes.

5.1 Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
